Shipping Policy

All orders placed on laseve.ca are shipped from Lac-Beauport, QC. Delivery is free in Canada on orders of $75 and more (before taxes and delivery) and in the United States on orders of $95 and more (before taxes and delivery).

Shipping to Canada

- Free delivery on all orders over $75 (before taxes and delivery)

- Fixed shipping costs of $5 in Quebec for orders from $50 to $75.

- Fixed shipping costs of $12 in Quebec for orders under $50.

- Fixed shipping costs of $10 for the rest of Canada on orders under $75

All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive following the order date. If you want to receive your package faster, select express delivery to receive your package between 1 and 3 business days. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.

Shipping to the United States

- Free delivery for all orders over $95 (before taxes and delivery)

- Fixed shipping costs of $12 for orders under $95

- $25 fee to obtain express delivery

All US orders are shipped with USPS and take between 3-8 business days to arrive following the order date. If you would like to receive your package sooner, select express delivery to receive your package between 1 and 4 business days. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.


International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Customs and import fees

International shipping means you may be required to pay customs and import fees. All international customers are responsible for customs duties specific to their country. These may vary depending on the country or state listed in the shipping address. Lasève is legally required to declare the value of the package. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.


Change to your order

If you would like to modify or add an item to your order, we will be happy to help you. Once the package has been shipped, it is not possible for us to make changes to your order. Please ensure that all details provided are correct before placing your order, particularly your email and delivery address. Don't forget to include your apartment or office number.

delivery time

Purchases are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, processing will begin the following business day. We always strive to meet our delivery promises, however, delivery times are subject to change and are influenced by a multitude of factors which are beyond our control. We will always do our best to notify you of any changes or delays to your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Exceptions

Higher shipping costs may apply in the following situations:

• The delivery costs offered are not valid if you live in a region that the carrier considers remote or difficult to reach (example: Îles de la Madeleine, Kuujjuaq).
• In accordance, if the amount of transportation costs calculated at the time of online purchase differs from the actual amount of applicable transportation costs, Lasève will inform you by telephone or email of the applicable difference. You will then have the option to cancel your order.

In any case, you will have the option to cancel your order when delivery costs and deadlines are communicated to you.
