Orders & shipping

Where do you deliver?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

What are the shipping fees ?

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Where are packages shipped from?

For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9.95 is charged.
All orders over $100 will be delivered for free.

What is the delivery delay ?

We know you can't wait to try your products! Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, within 2 days of purchase. It takes 3 to 10 business days for Canada Post to ship your package.

I think my package is lost :(

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to hello@sahara.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Can I have it delivered to my workplace?

You can of course have it delivered to your workplace.

Can I return my product?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most of our services and save time in the future.

What do your products smell like?

We love smells that remind us of vacations, the sun, nature. That's why we opted for a scent of coconut with a subtle hint of maple syrup. Every shower transports you to your “ happy place ”. :)

Do you use dyes?

No, there is no coloring in our products.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never! Our products are cruelty-free. We test our products on our friends. :)

Are your products safe for pregnant women and children?

Our products are very gentle, natural and suitable for the whole family for daily use. If you have any specific concerns, we recommend checking with your doctor before making your purchase. The ingredient list for each product can be viewed here .

I have a business / hair salon. Is it possible to sell Lasève products there?

We are flattered that you like our products! Please complete the questionnaire and a representative will contact you within 72 hours of receiving your form.

Are your products suitable for all hair types?

Yes! Lasève shampoo and conditioner are suitable for all hair types. They are made with natural ingredients for gentle everyday cleaning. Curly, straight, wavy, frizzy, fine, thick: all hair types will benefit from Lasève's nourishing formulas.

Are your products suitable for treated and/or colored hair?

Free from sulfates and irritating ingredients, our products are safe for treated hair

What is the lifespan of the products?

Each product has a shelf life of 2 years. We recommend using your products within 6 months of receipt due to the high concentration of natural ingredients present in each formula.

How long can a product be kept once opened?

The PAO (Period After Opening) is normally 12 months. It is written on the labels of all our products (in the form of a pictogram representing an open jar indicating a number and the letter “M”).

How many washes can I do with one bottle?

Free from filler ingredients, our formulas are hyper concentrated. You only need a small dose each time you wash. The duration of a bottle is relative to the length and thickness of each person's hair as well as the frequency of weekly washing. On average, a 16 oz size lasts between 3 and 5 months.

Is your packaging recyclable?

What a good question! Our bottles are made from 100% PET plastic and contain no BPE while our shipping boxes can be recycled.

Do your products contain parabens and/or sulfates?

No! Highly irritating, SLS and SLES sulfates can strip the hair and scalp of natural oils.

Are your products vegan?

Certainly ! There are no animal by-products in our formulations.

Do your products contain nuts?

Our shampoo and conditioner contain nut oils, such as almond and argan.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, no gluten!

Do your products contain silicones?

Our products do not contain any silicone. Used to provide softness to the hair and facilitate detangling, silicones envelop the hair fiber. On the other hand, these artificial components end up weighing down the hair and suffocating the scalp, thus preventing care from penetrating.

Alcohols appear on your ingredients. Is this bad for my hair?

The alcohols found in the conditioner are natural alcohols. They will not dry out or damage your hair. Cetearyl alcohol is derived from coconut and prevents the formula from separating.
