Whether to cleanse hair, pamper the scalp, or achieve soft, shiny hair, adding essential oils into your hair care routine is a must! Here are some very practical tips for integrating them into your care!

Where to start ?

No need to invest in overpriced specialized products to reap the benefits of essential oils. Simply add a few drops to your favorite natural shampoo to boost your daily hair routine.

Before you start, be aware that putting too much essential oil on your hair or scalp can make it greasy or oily. Use a small amount or spray to avoid this problem.

Finally, you must adapt the essential oils to your hair type or according to your problem.

Greasy hair

Certain factors lead to this overproduction of sebum and make hair greasy. This can be internal (hormonal imbalance, stress, unbalanced diet) and/or external (pollution, attack on the scalp by overly aggressive shampoos, too hot hair dryers, etc.).

Dry hair
