5 tips for regaining a healthy scalp

Holistic hairdresser, beauty columnist and member of the Véro Squad, Sylvie Boulet offers us some easy-to-put-into-practice tips to achieve a healthy scalp and shiny hair!

 

1 - Choose natural cosmetics so as not to overload your scalp with toxic ingredients, which could clog its pores.

2 - Brush your hair daily with a boar bristle brush or with bamboo bristles (editor's note: like the one from Lasève) to rid it of environmental impurities, styling products and dislodge dead hair. 

3 - Massage your scalp using your fingers or a massage brush to activate blood circulation and stimulate hair growth.

4 - Finish your rinses (after your conditioner or mask) with cool water to close the cuticles of your hair and keep your shine.

5 - Give your scalp an oil bath once a week to nourish your hair follicles.
